OAP - Oracle Access Portal

ESS has architected and implemented the entire Oracle Access Portal (OAP) solution from scratch for the Cable TV Industry initially as a front end to meet the CRM requirements of Oracle Billing and Relations Management Solution. Our experienced PHP consultants, worked for more than a year in collaboration with OBRM specialists, have designed and developed the complex, mission-critical web application front end for the client with best practices. The ease of customization and expertise in the solution has helped in a big way to scale the solution and extend to the Broadband Industry segment too.

Leveraging the technology and domain expertise gained from the development and support of the end-to-end billing platform for a leading MSO client, ESS has recently initiated works on Centre of Excellence for MSO Domain. Few of the major initiatives planned as part of the CoE are


1. Accelerator Solution for OBRM Implementation for MSO domain with support from experts from Oracle. On successful implementation of the same, there is potential for making the Accelerator Solution as a Light Weight CRM Front End for OBRM implementation.
