Dr. Mayilavelan is the chief visionary, innovator, and motivator. His Academic skills, R&D abilities and Analytical competence are supplemented by his ability to coordinate and manage a large and diverse workforce. Mayilavelan holds a Masters degree in Physics from Annamalai University and a Doctorate in Spectroscopy from Pondicherry University. Besides work, Mayilavelan is passionate about teaching Physics to school students and spending time with his family tree.

As Chief Customer Officer, Selvam specializes in operational and project management with a particular focus on customer centric business transformation and change. He has been instrumental in steering the development / growth of relationships with both prospective and existing clients in a highly tailored & consultative manner that is aligned to the core value proposition.

Selvam ensures that all ESS customers get the right resources they need to design, launch and grow successful. He engages customer facing resources spanning from customer tech leads to 24/7 customer support to management of our customers strategic growth. He also plays the role of the Business and Relationship Manager for one of the MSO major.

Selvam has over 22 years of diverse industry experience mainly focusing in creating talented client facing teams that help customers succeed with emerging technology in the CRM domain focusing on Retail and E-Commerce industry.

Selvam holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
