MSO Experience
ESS has adopted the MSO industry as the core focus for the company growth. Over the past three years, ESS has worked with ORACLE in the development of light weight B2C CRM front end for Oracle BRM in Telecom MSO domain. We are part of the ORACLE Support team in providing End to End support for the Billing Platform for a leading Indian MSO (Multiple Service Operators) Vendor.
ESS has a deep understanding of core systems that are involved in complex MSO service offerings like CRM, Order and Offer Management, Provisioning, OSS/BSS, Service Delivery and Activation, Billing, Customer-facing Portals, Partner Portals, CxO Dashboard, and Content Management. Backing our deep industry domain knowledge is our strong technology heritage with technology focus in the areas of Mobility, BPM, Portal, Analytics, ECM and Cloud Computing.
ESS has architected and implemented the entire Oracle Access Portal (OAP) solution from scratch for the Cable TV Industry initially as a front end to meet the CRM requirements of Oracle Billing and Relations Management Solution. Our experienced PHP consultants, worked for more than a year in collaboration with OBRM specialists, have designed and developed the complex, mission-critical web application front end for the client with best practices. The ease of customization and expertise in the solution has helped in a big way to scale the solution and extend to the Broadband Industry segment too.

Leveraging the technology and domain expertise gained from the development and support of the end-to-end billing platform for a leading MSO client, ESS has recently initiated works on Centre of Excellence for MSO Domain. Few of the major initiatives planned as part of the CoE are
