Result focused techno-managerial professional with more than 15 years of IT experience at various levels to the extent of C-level leadership for start-up & early stage company and senior level leadership in global consulting majors. Recognized for the ability to incorporate innovative management techniques to enhance business practices and in turn increase productivity. Acknowledged for forging strong alliance with major technology vendors majorly key decision makers, managers and channel partners.

Valavan, with his vast experience, advises the team in the Technology and Business Development Area.

-      Dr. B. Murugesan

Dr. Murugesan is a Retired Veteran Educationist with more than 35 years of experience in Education domain. He has seved as the Director, Distance Education Cell, Pondicherry University before his retirment. He has held various leadership positions as part of Consulting in the domain. He holds a Ph.D in Economics.

Murugesan helps the team in the Education Domain related area.

Vaithianathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of practice. During this period, he has been part of Audit Teams of various organizations.

-      Solomon Sagayaraj

Solomon Sagayaraj has over 22 years of experience in IT Governance, Information Security Program Management, ITIL, BCP / DR, Security Operations and Client Privacy. He is a practicing Independent Consultant in the field of Information Security helping various organizations in the process of IS & Compliance requirements. Prior to this, he had held Senior Level Management positions in the Consulting Majors like Accenture and iNautix.

With the varied expertise across Information Security, Solomon guides our team in the field of Information Security and Compliance.

Manikandan, a budding industrialist, coming from a huge business family. In addition to managing his 35 year old business, he has excelled in the field of Child Toy Retail chain and Real Estate. He has ventured into multiple businesses in the retail segment and over 15 years of experience in this domain.

With this retail riches, Manikandan directs the team in the Retail Domain.

Pravin Shekar is the creator-in-chief at ‘krea’ – a new-gen research agency and the Founder-trustee of ‘The Social Catalyst’ – a non-profit trust that works towards professionalizing NGOs. Pravin is a startup specialist and has successfully incubated companies in the research domain and steered them towards multi-million dollar growth. His experience and focus is on taking concepts from ideation to stability, Global expansion and Marketing research. He has been selected as one of the “Emerging Global leaders in marketing research” under the age of 40, by the American Marketing Association (4 under 40 Award). The award will be conferred in September 2011 in Orlando, USA.
